Grace Juel Photography

I don't have many rules, all I really ask is that you credit my work. If you keep up with me on face book you know that many of people that have had sessions from me have either put my name out or simply didn't pay what I asked for or at all. The only reason I'm making terms and conditions is because I honestly don't know who I can trust, this is also to protect your privacy and mine.

If you don't want your photos online please say so, I will ask before the photo shoot or before it is over. I do not have any permission to post your photo session if you do not give me any to do so.

If you do a boudoir/nude shoot the same thing applies, for those shoots I will probably ask multiple times to make sure it is okay if you say it is. Also you have the option to make me delete all if you want, your privacy comes first.

If you do a photo shoot with me you are also agreeing to crediting me if you post on social media platforms or you can tag me in whatever photos you choose to post.

There is no water mark on your photos that say "Grace Juel Photography" so crediting me is very important.

If you don't credit me I will ask you nicely to do so one time and if you don't this is a contract and will be taken to court. If you don't want to credit me and prefer a water mark message me first.

When you get your photos back you are NOT allowed to edit them or put any extra filters on them, if you didn't read this and I see that you edited them extra I will ask you to remove the photo.

If there is a specific edit you want such as a blurred background or blemish removed feel free to message me, I ask that you don't do it yourself simply because that takes credibility and quality away from something I worked very hard on.

You are not allowed to print out photos, if you want extra photos or different sizes please message me. I wont charge extra if you got a photo shoot that is $100 or above for others its a VERY small fee no matter what size you get just so I can cover the shipping fee.

If you violate any of these terms I will give you a warning or two then the third time you are offered to correct all of your violations with a $50 charge. I really shouldn't have to tell you 3 times but if I do and you don't fix it or don't pay the charge after I asked you to do so for free twice I will be seeing you in court. 

It's not a big deal if you didn't have time to read this, if that's the case I will refer you back to the terms and conditions. I will try to remind you as much of this as possible in our photo shoot.

For the last time by scheduling a session with me you are agreeing to all of these terms, failure to do so will result in a few warnings then a fee. If you still violate after I give you warnings or a fee I will see you in court. I'm not trying to sound scary or like I don't trust you but this is to protect your privacy and to prevent other photographers from stealing my work.

 You are all beautiful and I cant wait to work with each and every one of you.
